Celestial Kiss is an original lipstick painting created for inclusion in a planetarium show featuring my paintings and digital artwork. The original work was meant to be viewed up close, inviting an intimate encounter with the material and detail. When translated for the planetarium dome, the image was transformed to feel vast and immersive, echoing the scale of the Milky Way itself. Created with lipstick, a medium rooted in the personal and the human, this piece brings together the closeness of touch and the expansiveness of the cosmos, allowing the familiar and the infinite to exist side by side.
